Rice Knækbrød (Gluten-Free)
The Rice Knækbrød was created to offer a gluten free option in our range of gourmet crackers. We had our heart set on developing a gluten-free recipe that wouldn't be tasteless and would become just as popular as our Original Knækbrød so we did just that and without further ado, here is our Rice Knækbrød, a gluten-free vegan gourmet cracker that is super crispy and have a moreish resemblance to crackling.
Ingredients: Rice flour, Sunflower seeds, Flaxseeds, Sesame seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Olive Oil, Baking powder, Salt and Water.
Storage: Store in sealed bag or airtight container for up to six months. Keep out of direct sunlight.
