Rēwena Bread is a traditional Māori potato bread. This loaf is made with 100% natural ingredients and our own potato bug.
It's super moist, soft and on the sweeter side.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, Potato, sugar, salt, water and fermented potato.
Storage: We recommend storing this loaf wrapped up in a tea towel in your pantry. Like other sourdough breads this loaf comes back great after being frozen.
All breads are baked late Thursday night and dispatched Friday morning on a Saturday delivery service. Some rural addresses are not be eligible for Saturday delivery‘s and will therefore be delivered after the weekend.
All bread orders must be placed by 12pm on Monday, as our bread is freshly baked for dispatch on Wednesday and sent with overnight courier service*. Please note: non-urban addresses may take longer to arrive.
